Hello life adventurer, hope this provides insights in a way that is valuable to you. What is truth? What is the real truth? Well it depends on who you talk to. Everyone will give you a truth but is it The Truth? Let's unpack that
1) There is only one truth, and that’s the truth that you believe. This ‘truth’ influences your conscious actions, your subconscious ‘reactions’, your relationships, personality, characteristics, literally everything is influenced by your truth. The issue is that without self-work, your truth is heavily influenced by previous events, other peoples ‘truths’, or trauma that you’ve encountered from the moment you existed on this planet, including the time within the womb (such as generational/ancestral or mother trauma).
Me personally, I think the universe/God is made of healing energy and unconditional love and our purpose on this planet is to remember that. No matter what terrible or horrible things happen in the world, love is the goal. It’s not practical, it’s not logical, but that’s why it’s my truth, because it’s beyond our comprehension.
2) Psychological ‘trauma’ exists in everyone, it’s like having a severe injury that’s constantly bleeding but nobody, including yourself can see it. Not many people are even aware of their injury, they just go through life injured with painful symptoms (anger, stress, not finding love, wars, murders, etc.) without understanding the root cause. This trauma has a spectrum that everyone is on, even family units and groups carry shared trauma.
3) You attract the energy that you put out - That’s why there may be repeating patterns between individuals, countries, belief systems, etc. because the same energy is being put out. It’s not meant to be victim-blaming in any way, but I know we contribute to our situations as individuals and society. Accepting that is a huge step that most people never do.
4) Our purpose in life is to grow, heal and love. I don’t think life is a test but an opportunity to be better than we were before, to improve our bloodline, to improve society.
5) The journey to healing is a blessed journey but it may be a lonely one. Healing is a beautiful journey inward, alone. The ones that truly heal are few but every person that heals, changes the lives of those around them.
These are some of the books and techniques that really helped me and I hope they do the same for you:
Read ‘Conversations with God’, it’s a very unique perspective about the meaning of existence and flips our understanding of everything upside down.
'The Body Keeps the Score’ - talks through trauma and how our bodies store the memory of trauma.
Take a trauma course to understand how trauma is processed by the body (this one is free, meant for coaches but it’s a helpful course): https://www.thecentreforhealing.com/a/2147650818/87NA2zLm
Learn how to turn off the mind and manifest your truth: Silva method (https://silvaultramind.com/): https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-3IM_28w7I&list=PLcjEaoleHjWPsvsZJ_0q55CXWRqB6Alut&index=4&pp=gAQBiAQB
