Nutrition Guide

What nutrients can I find in fresh or minimally processed foods at the grocery store? Are there foods that have more nutrients than others? What are the benefits of these nutrients? Are there bad things in certain foods? Does all food need to be organic? Are there some items that have less chemicals and don’t need to be organic?


Those were some of the questions we asked when putting this living guide together. Though it will never be completed, it has reached the point of being good enough to share with others.
